What are the daytime activities in Malia?
There is a hell of a lot of activities to do in the daytime in Malia.
There are many excursions that your travel company will offer you, ask your reps when you reach your resort, or at your welcome meeting.
There are trips to the Water Park, your reps will offer you this, if not you can purchase an excursion to the Water Park at one of the many Travel Agents along the strip.
There are many watersports activities to do in Malia, including jet ski, flying fist, bannana boats, ringos and pedalos!
There are loads of tour shops up and down beach road as well. You can book your own stuff or you can go to your reps then you are guarenteed a group and entertainment.
There are go-karts aswell, or you can head out for the day, maybe to star beach in Hersonissos, or to Heraklion shopping, or you could hire a car and head right over to the East of the island, to Vai Beach - thats were the "Bounty" adverts were filmed, it's a really nice place, and very breathtaking.
If you like to be stimulated you can head over to Charlie's bar where they play the latest films all day long, and episode's of Friends and many English programmes, including Only Fools and Horses.
If you like lounging around there is always the beach or the swimming pools or if you like it lively then visit Pool Bar Crazy, there are lots of day time activities going on there and it is a laugh a minute!
Alternatively if you like it lively but more relaxed visit pleasure beach it has a nice pool plays nice music, it is situated right on the beach and is also a lot of fun.
Along the strip there is also Crazy Golf.
A day trip to Hersonossis is excellent for Bungy jumping or to go to the sky coaster. There is a bus that takes you to the Star beach which is excellent place to relax.
