Do I need insurance?
Get insurance, you can get it really cheap for 6 months from the internet - just use a search engine and the cheap ones come up. The medical centres cost a bomb if you need to go for anything so it is worth it, then all your stuff is insured as well
Make sure that it covers you for your entire stay - an annual policy will not do this!
