Are there any gyms?
There is a gym opposite Bar1, which offers both CV and weights. It has most weights machines as well as free weights.
It also offers a full range of Malia Gym clothing, and supplements as well as a quailified instructors. Check the opening times as it opens at different times during the Season, and different opening times on different days.
There is also a gym at the Cactus Beach Hotel on the road between Malia and Stalis. (15 mins walk from Malia, 5 mins cycle) The gym in this hotel is simular to the UK gyms such as David Loyyds and LA fitness.
